The KLEO management team comprises industry veterans with long-standing expertise in the aerospace, defense and security industry, as leaders and strategy consultants in all kind of industry settings: From startup and mid-sized family-owned businesses to large international corporations and top-tier consulting firms.
Dr. Shawn Shey is responsible for commercial operations including Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Solutions at KLEO Connect. Dr. Shey has over 20 years experience working in US and China in engineering, business development and marketing, as well as corporate management. He has held leadership positions and P&L responsibilities as CEO, General Manager, Vice President and Site Manager in startup and publicly traded high tech companies. Dr. Shey complements the team with his Silicon Valley and global experiences, he earned his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Min Luo is responsible for Financial Operations and Controlling, Human Resources, as well as Risk Management of KLEO Connect. He contributes to the team with 18 years of experience in financial management and investment banking with focuses on energy, infrastructure and technology. He previously held professional and leading positions with Goldman Sachs, UBS and Deutsche Bank joint venture Zhongde Securities. Min Luo received his Master's degree in Finance from University of New South Wales in Sydney.
