PR & Communication Manager (w/m)

The PR & Communication Manager will hold a strategic role within KLEO, in this function he reports directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate is an experienced, reliable and professional person and self-motivated, he is able to create and maintain an extensive network.

Main Responsibilities

• Initiation and implementation of communication strategies related to business improvement
• Experience in writing texts and creating content for a wide spectrum of communication channels – fact sheets, presentations, print publications, web, magazines and other business communication instruments
• Create content that keeps stakeholders informed about business decision
• Eager to tackle new challenges of developing content and communication strategies that strengthen market position
• Support to the Management in preparation of strategic and political communication
• Create and send out press releases
• Build up strong relationships in the media landscape
• Experience in lobbying in Germany/Europe
• Organization of national/international events

Skills and Qualifications

• A university degree in Marketing, PR, Journalism or comparable qualification
• Founded international experience working in corporate communication
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to understand complex technical and business information of an innovative environment
• Experience in planning, managing and implementing international communication projects
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Independent hands-on working style
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail, strong motivation and natural curiosity to look beyond the obvious
• Fluency in English, other languages (particularly German or Chinese) considered an asset
• Willingness to travel
