Corporate Strategy Manager (w/m)

The Corporate Strategy Manager will hold a strategic role within KLEO, in this function he reports directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate is an experienced, reliable and professional person, self-motivated and proactive with previous consulting experience in international environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Initiation and implementation of specific strategic projects related to strategy implementation and business improvement
• In collaboration with the CEO and cross-functional colleagues, lead the development of strategies in the near and long term
• Support the implementation of strategies in collaboration within the team
• Build up strong partnerships with external stakeholder
• Design strategy frameworks and best practices
• Evaluate and modify the approach as needed
• Identification and evaluation of growth opportunities
• Support and further development of annual strategic planning process
• Develop and lead key-projects
• Support to the Management in preparation of strategic analysis and communication

Skills and Qualifications

• A university degree in economics, management or comparable qualification
• Strong foundation in strategy work and strategy tools
• Experience gained in several years of work experience in a global environment
• Strong analytical and excellent organizational skills
• Independent hands-on working style
• Preferably consulting background
• Excellent communications and inter-personal skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail, strong motivation and natural curiosity to look beyond the obvious
• Fluency in English, other languages (particularly German or Chinese) considered an asset
• Willingness to travel
